A friend of mine is urgently looking for a reasonably-priced two-bedroom house or flat to rent locally, for herself and her 14-month-old twins. She's currently in Regent and doesn't want to move too far away from support networks so somewhere in Reservoir, Preston, Coburg, Thornbury or East Brunswick would be great.
