Affordable, Secure, Long term.....Home Wanted!!!

Hi, I am seeking a long term rental home in the area for myself and my 5yo daughter.

I have been living in the same place for the last 4 years in Nth. Coburg and now the owners want to renovate so we're desperate need of a new home by the 16th Jan in the same or surrounding areas if possible.

I currently pay $300pw and would like to keep it at that but willing to pay a bit more if needed.

I am reliable mature 44yo women with a delightful little girl who takes great pride in my home. I have great references.
