My Husband and I are looking for a vacant shop for lease to open a family business. The ideal size would be between 40 - 60 sqm. We would prefer a standalone shop front building (with or without dwelling) within a residential area or in a rundown row of shops such as Newlands Rd Coburg. However, we are open to any vacancies in the Coburg/Preston vicinity.
