2 ROOMS TO RENT IN WEST PRESTON

We live in a bright and spacious house in leafy West Preston. We are a short walk to the Merri Creek and an organic farm that has a small produce market on Saturday mornings. The house is in between Gilbert Road and Lygon/Nicholson St and close to two tram lines. We’re looking for another woman to share our home. We have central heating, two veggie gardens and a big back yard.

There are two rooms available for $800. One is massive, has great light and polished floorboards. The other room is smaller that overlooks the backyard and could be used as a studio or reading room/study.

You will be sharing the house with two women 35+, both working. We like a quiet, respectful and relaxed household and we are very independent. We have drinks together from time to time but most of our socialising is done outside of the house.
