This is a 5 week course - $100 – book by 26th June and pay only $80 for the term.

Term 3: Meditation, Mindfulness and self exploration Join me on this journey into ourselves. Each week you will learn and practice Meditation and Mindfulness techniques. In the second half of the session you will be guided in to deep reflection on aspects of self.


This is a 5 week course beginning on July 19th 2016 at 7.30pm.


Week 1: feeling into emotion and being and living in the now- an exploration through the breathWeek 2: an exploration of joy and sadnessWeek 3: an exploration of love and fearWeek 4: an exploration of internal strength and surrender / holding on and letting go Week 5: an exploration of compassion and freedom
