Pranaa Yoga draws from Iyengar Yoga, and Amrit Yoga (meditation in motion),
to create a yoga practice that is attentive to both physical alignment and inner awareness, leading to deep healing and joy in our bodies, hearts and minds.
This 5 week course will
use flowing and held postures, pranayama and meditation
so that we can open, soften, and surrender.
Rachel is a Registered Level 1 Yoga Teacher with Yoga Australia.
