Pranaa Yoga draws from Iyengar Yoga, and Amrit Yoga (meditation in motion),
to create a yoga practice that is attentive to both physical alignment and inner awareness, leading to deep healing and joy in our bodies, hearts and minds.

Rachel is a Registered Level 1 Yoga Teacher with Yoga Australia.

Thursdays 9.30 - 11 am until March 30
$18 per session, $30 for 2, $60 for 4
