Pranaa Yoga with Rachel Wilson on Tuesday evenings 7.30 - 9pm at Autumn Retreat - casual attendance welcome, or sign up for 6 weeks.

Pranaa Yoga draws from Iyengar Yoga, and Amrit Yoga (meditation in motion),
to create a yoga practice that is attentive to both physical alignment and inner awareness, leading to deep healing and joy in our bodies, hearts and minds.

Rachel is a Registered Level 1 Yoga Teacher with Yoga Australia.

Tuesdays 7.30 - 9pm May 23rd - June 27th 
$80 if paid by May 16th, $90 after that, or $18 per session
