Hi Newlanders,
Thought you might like to know about a super-bargain yoga classes on at the local neighbourhood house next term, starting Monday night.
it is going to be fun and informative and sometimes a bit tough.
A good intro to yoga, but also good for anyone that just wants an inexpensive local class.
Mats provided but feel free to bring your own and wear something stretchy and comfy.
