Newlands Climate Action Gathering - all welcome!

There is a screening of Guarding the Galilee by Stop Adani on at Fed square at 6.30pm the same day so some of us will go on to that afterwards… join us for that too if you can!
A chance to hear current information on climate change impacts and some ways people are currently pushing for positive changes.
An opportunity to get active together, including sending emails to pressure politicians and banks to do the right thing (so maybe bring a laptop).
Talking and eating together – afternoon tea and/or soup provided.
A look at some solutions –especially solutions that have been great for the communities that have
implemented them.
Art materials available for kids who want to get involved by making posters.
If at the neighbourhood house bring a gold coin donation for the use of the room.
