Happy new year to you all. I have been lucky enough to have been off work and enjoying the beach around Narooma (southern NSW coast). Hope that you have all had a chance to enjoy some down time too.
Our Annual General Meeting has been scheduled for Sunday February 17th at 12pm – all welcome. We will meet at the old Ronald Street bridge area. Please bring your own chair if you want one (I'll be happy with grass) and sun hat.
Should the weather be wet - the meeting will be under the old Kodak bridge. If it is a forecast stinker with high fire danger we will advise of a more suitable alternative. All positions on the Committee are vacated on an annual basis and nominations are welcome for all positions (President, Secretary, Treasurer). Voting rights at the AGM come with your (free) FoEC membership. If you are not yet a formal member see the website for details on how to sign up online.
The 2019 calendar is now complete and can be referenced from our website. I'm not sure if I mentioned that we were successful with our latest Melbourne Water Community Grant so have a full calendar of events in 2019 and some guaranteed 2020 activities too! That can only be good for the creek.
