Coburg Outdoor Pool

The Outdoor pool season officially launches from 1 Dec ‍

Active Merri-bek outdoor pool season is officially open, and we are so excited to see you back at the pool.

Remember during school term our pools are only open if it's warm enough - If it’s 23°C, and over Coburg Olympic Swimming Pool & Pascoe Vale Outdoor Pool will be OPEN.

Following community feedback we are trialling early morning swimming at 3 seasonal outdoor pools!

PASCOE VALE OUTDOOR POOL

Heritage Swims: Wednesdays, 6–8am (even if it's cold!)

COBURG OLYMPIC SWIMMING POOL

Icebergs Early Swims: Tues & Thurs, 6–8am (even if it's cold!)

FAWKNER LEISURE CENTRE

Early Laps & Aqua: Mon–Fri, 6–9am (even if its cold)

Open. Every afternoon (even if its cold)

Brunswick Baths and Oak Park Sports & Aquatic Centre Pools every day for morning lap swimming as well.

Want to gain knowledge and practical skills around some of the five Circular Action Streams of: Rethink, Refuse, Repair, Redesign, and Regenerate? 

If so, we want to hear from you! 
 
As part of a new collaborative project— ‘Circular Campus to Community’, RMIT University and Merri-bek City Council are working alongside community, to share knowledge, insights, information, and ideas around growing Merri-bek’s circularity initiatives. 

We will be running a series of events, activities and courses across 2026, and to make sure these activities are truly useful and relevant, we want to hear from you!
