Sean (mid-40s) and Arielle (late teens – Sean’s daughter) are looking for a new friend to share their cosy Newlands home from mid-June. The available room is big-ish, with floorboards, climate control, BIR and north- & west-facing windows – sunset views! The house is similarly floor-boarded, with open-plan living space and great kitchen and bathroom, as well as a lovely backyard with two veggie patches. Ideally, our new friend will be a female non-smoker into healthy living and happy householding, but we’re open to suggestions re gender. Rent is $160 per week, bills extra. Bond $600.
