Hi All - I have a three-seater real dark brown leather sofa looking to find a new home.

It has some minor scuffing, but otherwise, it’s in good condition, with lots of life in it yet.

Term 1 Yoga with Rachael will be all run outdoors by the Merri Creek - just up on the hill behind DeChene Reserve.

Tuesdays 6.15pm

Fridays 6.30am

Yoga will Run for 9 weeks (during daylight savings time) from Feb 1st. Cost is $126 for the term or $15 a class. Haven't been before? - Come and try for $10.

Survival Day

Hi All,

This January 26 show your solidarity by joining us for the Invasion Day Dawn Service virtual event - online for the safety of communities, First Nations’ allies and supporters.

January 26 is Survival Day - recognising that the nationhood of Australia has came at a cost to First Nations people. On the 26 of January, 1938, a number of Elders called for a Day of Mourning, whilst a new nation celebrated nationalism and occupation. We need to know our history so we can move forward together. First Nations people are strong, and when they are free to choose their own path we all benefit.

Stolen Land. No treaty. Colonisation continues. Time to pay the rent.

Nicole has been practicing yoga for almost 20 years and is a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Australia, a Certified Restorative Yoga Teacher and a trained Trauma Sensitive yoga teacher. Nicole is also a qualified Social Worker (BSW - Hons). She has a passion for offering a mindful, accessible and inclusive practice of yoga for all bodies.
