Evaporative cooling/central heating/driveway parking. No pets. Prefer 1 X female, $250 per week or would consider couple $350 per week. Plus bills (gas hot water/heating/cooling/electric/water). 

Available for 6 weeks over Summer, dates: 26/12/25-6/2/26 (min. 4 weeks commitment required).

The house is open, light, warm in winter, cool in summer, and has a big backyard with veggie beds and fruit trees -participation welcome.

PT close by, Edgar's creek at the end of the street, and a friendly, quiet neighbourhood.

Rent would be anywhere from $100 - $150 per week + bills depending on the level of occupation.

I'm specifically looking for someone who lives out of town but needs a room in Melbourne a few days a week.

The house is furnished so someone who travels light.

The bedroom up for grabs is large with a big double BIR including mirror, good light and will come with a queen size bed & mattress if required.

The house is open, light, warm in winter, cool in summer and has a big backyard with veggie beds and fruit trees-participation welcome.

Rent would be anywhere from $150 - $200 per week + bills depending on level of occupation.

This room could also work as an office space given lots of folks are working from home and possibly need a seperate space.
