Room available in my very excellent house in Reservoir.
I'm looking for someone who lives out of town but needs a room in Melbourne a few days a week.
The house is furnished, so someone who travels light.
It's a good size well-lit room with a big double BIR including a mirror, a comfy queen-size bed, and a cute small desk if required.
The house is open, light, warm in winter, cool in summer, and has a big backyard with veggie beds and fruit trees -participation welcome.
PT close by, Edgar's creek at the end of the street, and a friendly, quiet neighbourhood.
Rent would be anywhere from $100 - $150 per week + bills depending on the level of occupation.
