Clothes Swap - this Saturday!

Everyone is invited to come along to our next Clothes Swap happening on Saturday, March 1 @ 3.00 in Cox Reserve, Coburg North.

Bring anything you no longer need and swap it for things you do need.

This event has been running for more than ten years and is an excellent reason to have a clear out, it's also a lovely way to get to know your neighbours. 

The weather is looking perfect.

All leftovers are donated to op shops. 

Clothes Swap - March 1

The Clothes Swap is back!

On Saturday, March 1 in Cox Reserve we will be getting together to swap our old things for different things. 

You can bring clothes, books, shoes, toys, bric a brac and take whatever you want in return.

Kicking off at 3.00 in the park (we will have to reschedule if its wet).

This event has been running on and off for years and is very fun!

This is a really lovely, long-standing community event that has been running for more than 10 years!

We all get together in the park and bring everything (not just clothes) that we no longer need, put everything into piles, wait until everyone is ready, and then everyone takes what they want.

If you are up to contributing $5.00, this will then go to a local family in need but you don't have to pay anything to join in.

Leftovers get delivered to op shops about the place.

Community Clothes Swap

There is a free community clothes swap for trans people on November 25, at Schoolhouse Studios – 38 Victoria St, Coburg from 11-4pm. 

People will also be able to access free binders thanks to a cool org called The Shed.

Saturday is looking like great weather for our clothes swap!

This Saturday (May 13) at 3.00 come to Cox Reserve in North Coburg to refresh your wardrobe.

You can put anything in the clothes swap, there will be sections for kids and adult clothes, bric-a-brac, toys, and books.

If you want you can donate $5.00 to join in and funds collected will go to a local family doing it tough.

If it rains it might be postponed.........

Community Clothes Swap - Saturday, May 13

Save the date - the next Newlands Community Clothes Swap is happening on Saturday, May 13 @ 3.00! This event is a long running event in the neighbourhood and is a way for us to connect, share stuff and raise some $ for a family in need. We meet up in Cox reserve with all our unwanted stuff (can include anything, not just clothes), we put it in piles (on tarps) and then take whatever we want. The leftovers goes to the op shop and if you can donate $5 to join in, this will be distributed to a family in need. If you can't pay, no worries. We hope to see you there!!

We ask for a $5 contribution that gets passed onto a local family but it's not required, everyone can just join in.

After a very long covid induced hiatus the Clothes Swap is back!

A locally run event, held in Cox Reserve (near the playground) on Sunday, November 27 from 2.00 - 3.30.

It's more than clothes, bring anything you no longer need, take what you want!

We ask families to contribute $5.00 to join in and all the $ goes to a local family who needs a bit of extra love. 

If it's raining we may need to reschedule........
