EOI for Homeowners in Melbourne

Untitled-2

𝐄𝐎𝐈 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬 in Melbourne's northern suburbs of Preston, Coburg, Reservoir and surrounds.
We are putting out an expression of interest for a long-term rental. If you could share this with anyone who might be interested in long-term tenants, we would appreciate it!

We are a small household community, living in the northern suburbs. We are in search of a homeowner interested in having stable, long-term tenants on their food-producing property. We'd like to move into a place and call it home for at least 3 years. We anticipate that having reliable long-term tenants will be in your interest also! We're hoping to find an owner who values their property being genuinely cared for. We value open lines of communication between tenants and the homeowner, and want to live (and thrive!) in place.

Our dream-locations are: Preston, Coburg, Reservoir and surrounds. This is our ideal bubble: we've built our lives and community connections in this area and would love to stay. Our ideal dream home has 3-4 bedrooms, space to grow food (existing fruit trees a plus!), a spot on the property to park Jamie and Angus' tiny home, is on a quiet street, a short walk to public transport, green spaces and bike paths.

If you think your place fits, please get in touch at mallowfloweradmin@proton.me
With Warm regards,

Wendy, Jamie, Jack, Angus, Lia, and Charlie.

Looking for a home to rent in the coming months…

We both work day jobs and also have a small business that we do from home Bandesh Wine & Spirits (an online business only) so we would want to be able to do that and would need an awesome garage .... (and a yard for our beloved pup). We are incredibly neat/clean and reliable and are a part of and love this community.

Happy to check out commercial properties also that have a residence. x

Hi, Folks.

I am looking for a new home for me and Ruby - a gorgeous 11yr kelpie cross. We are looking for a room in a share house, a bungalow, or granny flat, ideally in the Coburg area and close to parks and walking tracks ( Ruby's request) but open to any possibility. Both of us are well house trained and live simply and quietly.

If you have any space or know of someone who does please get in touch and we can talk up.

Thanks,

Room Reno Remedy

Untitled-2

I nominated a mate for a room reno makeover through this great initiative from Jen Clark designs.

In essence my mate is a single mum, survived breast cancer survivor, bought a unit, think 70's but not in a good way - kitchen and bathroom are pretty dire.

If you'd like to donate to this brilliant initiative head to the page here:

Hi,

Ruby (gorgeous 3.5yr kelpie cross) and Anne (a young 50yr old woman) are looking for a long term home from the beginning of June. Ideally it would be easy walking distance to parks and waterways - Ruby's request. I'm veggie, Ruby's not, and love playing in the garden, music, sharing meals and conversation. .....I'm well house trained and appreciate  spaces that are cared for. So if you have a room, a bungalow, granny flat.....or even need a long term house sitter give me a ring on (m) 0438 507 694 and we can talk more.

Cheers Anne.

Looking for a home in Newlands

Hello Newlands Community,

Elijah (my son) and I are looking for a new home situating us in a community environment, that is proactive and at the core of it all, simply friendly.

I am a writer and visual artist, currently engaged with a PhD at the Monash Indigenous Centre and working on a project with Melbourne University in Northern Australia.

Originally from regional Victoria, I am hoping to find a home that would allow my son to experience a collective sense of community in an urban environment. We don't require a great deal of space, though a back garden would be nice.

Hope this message finds someone who may be able to help with our vision of becoming part of your community.

Warm regards
Sharon

Wanting to Buy in North Coburg/Newlands Area

Untitled-2

Hi all,

We have a friend who wants to buy a house in our fabulous neighborhood - he is a genuine buyer and not fussed whether it's an un-renovated house.  He already has loan approval and is happy to do a private sale or go through a real estate agent. His budget is up to $550K.

Please email me if you know of anything coming up or you may be thinking of it.

Cheers,
Jody.
