Bali Retreat

Untitled-2

Bali Retreat

Only 2 places left!

Is this your year to retreat?

This 6 night retreat is a rare opportunity for you to participate in accessible and “doable” practices of yoga, whilst gently being introduced to, or reacquainted with yoga ethics and how these principles might relate to you and your place in the world.

This is not a one size fits all experience and you don’t need to wear lycra, look a particular way or be able to touch your toes. You are invited to come as you are!

This unique and bespoke, small group retreat has been created for you to have plenty of space between practices to rest, either in solitude on the terrace of your private queen room, or in the company of others in the lush grounds of a Traveller Award winning, Balinese owned and operated guesthouse.

This experience would suit those seeking rest and an opportunity to reset to a slower pace of life, as well as those curious about the philosophical foundations of yoga that extend beyond a yoga mat.

This is an opportunity not to be missed! And there are only 2 places left.

Day Retreat

Untitled-2

Day Retreat.

Would you like a rest from the relentlessness of the corona-coaster?

There's no doubt that the uncertainty, lack of control and isolation we are living at the moment is activating our sympathetic nervous system (the fight, flight or freeze response), leaving us in a perpetual state of vigilance. This may be presenting as fluctuating mood, anxiety, sleeplessness and overwhelm.

As a remedy to this, I'd like to invite you to spend a day, specifically designed in support of your nervous system. Assisting your parasympathetic nervous system (the rest and digest response) to come to the fore and returning you to a more restful space where calm resides.

Spend a day reviving, restoring and deeply resting so that you can emerge better positioned to manage these unprecedented times.

When: Saturday 12th September

Where: Online via Zoom

Your day will be delivered in 3 ONLINE sessions.

9.00 - 10.30am Revive (Go Slow Yoga)

2.00 - 3.30pm Restore (Restorative Yoga)

7.30 - 8.30pm Rest (Pranayama & Yoga Nidra - guided relaxation)

In between sessions you are strongly encouraged to make time to nourish yourself and will be offered optional activities to engage in. Walking in nature or resting in your garden, enjoying a meal you love, spending time with your family or simply taking a bath.

I hope you can join me x

Investment: $80

Includes a complimentary Yoga Nidra recording for you to continue your practice at home.

If you would like to discuss another payment option due to hardship, please email Nicole directly at goslowyoga@gmail.com
