Beef CSA

Hello,
Over the last two and a half years I have been working on a project; to offer our beautiful beef to CSA members (Community Supported Agriculture https://afsa.org.au/csa/).

I have been growing some lovely steers and they have had a great life born and bred on our farm, and they are looking wonderful and ready to harvest.

If you think you would be interested in securing your CSA share of regenerative Tom’s Paddock beef please click here. This CSA project will run for eight months starting in March with a delivery every two month.

It’s a complex and difficult thing to harvest a living creature and will only be done if we have enough subscribers up front to justify harvest over this period. Share options are 5 kg, 10 kg, or 15 kg per delivery of a variety of cuts all vac-sealed.

These steers have lived a beautiful life amongst the herd 100% on pasture at Tom’s Paddock, participating in the beautiful grass-herbivore carbon sequestration cycle enriching soils and producing nutrient dense chemical free meat.

Siamo tornati! We’re back!We're so excited about our upcoming Passata Party, held in the beautiful Wayi Community Garden at Newlands. Our fave Nonna Rita is back and ready to show you all how to make the most beautiful sauce... just make sure you do what she says 😉 We also have a number of beautiful events throughout the day, including a Tarantella dance workshop by the fabulous Melbourne School of Tarantella and a set by quartet Sanacori, singing traditional songs about harvest, peasant life, love, rebellion and connection to nature, as passed down through the generations. We invite you to bring along some picnic blankets, your fave antipasto and your amici (friends) and enjoy the day with us. We'll also be serving small tasters of last years passata - so you can try a bowl of NecchiSpaghetti while you make the new batch!Come and go as you please - we'll be squishing tomatoes, tarantella dancing, singing and boiling passata from 10-4pm!
