Our lovely house is available while we're away for 8 weeks - 22 July to 15 September. 

Three bedroom house with sunny open living area and wood heater for cosy winter nights. Close to Preston station and no.11 tram (near Preston West PS… still walking distance to Newlands PS). 

Asking $250/wk, which includes bills and firewood - happy to negotiate. We would love to find someone happy to take on some minor house-sitting responsibilities like checking in on chickens but we can probably ask neighbours to do most of that or temporarily rehouse pets. Perfect for a family with primary-aged kids who need short term accommodation while renovating or for whatever other reason.
