Mark and Dominic here. For those that don't know us, for many years we have lived and worked locally. As your trusted builder and plumber, we have got to know houses like yours inside out and top to bottom.

In response to social distancing we would like to offer a new service - remote quoting. When something critical in your house lets you down, we won't. 

Call us and send pictures or we could do a video chat. We can often identify the problem and give you a good idea of the repair cost without coming to your house.

I am a local Newlands resident looking for work.

I have all tools required to complete any project that needs attention. I am competent in small building projects (replace weatherboards etc), house painting (interior & exterior, acrylic or oil base) and excel in landscape projects. If projects are of a larger nature l can also project manage your task to completion.

My fees are negotiable by the hour, day or a quoted price before commencement. On projects such as painting, landscaping etc a negotiated up front payment will be required to cover materials prior to starting work.

Handyperson

We are local Newlanders family and I am looking for any landscape or handy person work people require completed. I have all of my own tools and have a background in landscape architecture from RMIT & have extensive experience in project management.  Depending on the project, work can either be charged on an hourly basis, or a fully agreed on price prior to the commencement of works.

Projects also do not need to be strictly landscape orientated, drainage, painting, leaks etc may also be in our capabilities to resolve the problem.
