My mum just started keeping bees and she has some honey to sell.

She harvested this lot about 8 weeks ago and the bees lives in Pearcedale. 

The honey is completely raw as you can see by the crystallisation that is happening.

Each jar costs $8.00 and I am selling them from my home in North Coburg.

Strumming Workshop

Come along if you know most open chords on guitar and would like to:

- learn different ideas for strumming patterns

- work out how to fit patterns to your favourite songs 

- improve your strumming techniques

Open to all women and girls whether or not you are currently learning with Women's Guitar Group

Rose Turtle Ertler has been a musician all her life, performing her original music solo and in bands, and instigating community music/performance projects. 

She is a skilled and much-loved workshop facilitator - this will be a fun and educational musical experience!

A Scary Experience

On Sunday last week, one of our older residents was walking home from Woolies along Elizabeth St. A youngish man with brownish red, scraggly hair walked up to her and laughed. Then he walked behind her and poked a fork into her back, just hard enough to feel. Then he walked up to her and held the fork in front of her laughing. It was a really scary experience and she wanted to share this with the community.
