Hey, so we have a spare room ready for someone in need of short term or temp in our lovely relaxed and welcoming home..

If you're in between or in need, hit us up.

So, the room is medium sized and empty but for a double futon bed looking out on our big backyard; if you're quiet, you'll hear the faint bok bok of our chooks out there..

Our home is pretty cosy and we're currently 2 people in our 30s and we're asking $150 p/w plus $25 for bills n WIFI.. our place is quiet during the week n we respect each other's space ... we're both in and out of the house during the week and weekend. We have a big yard for chilling, a washing machine, central heating and most kitchen basic things.. you'd be welcome to get into the garden if that's your thing...

We are about 7 mins walk from either Bell or Preston station, the market and 5 mins to the 11 Gilbert Rd tram, 3 mins to bell st buses.. so easy to get to and from.. send me a msg if you're keen and the room is free now.

Hi Folks,

I have a couple of rooms to rent, one furnished the other not. Open to short or long term rental. Great location with parkland on the doorstep, bike paths and PT close by. There is an ever-evolving veggie patch, heaps of space, a sleepout ideal for music, yoga, art...and a delightful inside outside dog. 

I am moving out in early September so there will be the opportunity to take over the lease as well.

We are a family of 2 adults and 3 children renting a old house in Preston (close to Dundas Street) with a bungalow and a huge yard/garden.

We are looking for someone, who would like to live independently, is respectful also with kids!!!, not conservative, open minded and help maintain gardening (you can grow your own veggie’s if you like). Non smokers preferred.

The bungalow is approximately 4.5m x 3m (not self- contained). A little shed is next to the bungalow to use at your own disposal. 

Entry to YOUR OWN kitchen and bathroom is via the back door of the house with a communal laundry.

Rent is $175 per week this includes all bills and internet. Bond is $758.

I have 2 rooms available in a gorgeous clinker brick home with parkland and creeks across the road.

I live with a 6yr old kelpie cross - Ruby, who is an inside outside dog, equally at home on the couch or out back chasing bees. There is an evolving veggie patch out back and an old bungalow. I'm vegetarian, Ruby's not, so there is uncooked meat in the house. I live simply and quietly and work at a local primary school.

One room is furnished and available for short term stays. The other is unfurnished and ideally someone would be happy to rent it for a minimum of 6 months. Rent for the furnished room is negotiable, the unfurnished room is $210 per week, plus bills. A heads up...there is no internet!!!
