We are looking to sublet our 2-bedroom place in Coburg North, overlooking Merri Creek and very close to no. 19 tram route, for 3 months, from early August to early November. Shorter term rent also a possibility. Fully furnished, comfortable, peaceful; $380 per week including internet, gas, water. Rent is negotiable depending on number of tenants.
