Writing Days is excited to be running creative writing workshops at The Old Coburg Train Station! 

 

Come and join our weekly writing group, the Creative Writing Society. Chat with fellow writers, discuss your writing projects and problems, have a cuppa, and get writing! Tuesdays 10.30am-12pm, 5th - 26th March.

 

Are you a writer lacking in time who would like more time to write? Held every Thursday from 6.15pm - 7.30pm, 29th February – 21st March, The Night Writers drop-in writing session is a great space to meet fellow writers and have space to write. 

 

Or for a more serious writing workout how about signing up for The Old Coburg Train Station Writing Workshops Saturday 10.30am - 12pm, 2nd – 23rd March. This is a four-week workshop introducing you to the different forms of creative writing to help start your own work. Beginners welcome.

Come and join our weekly writing group, the Creative Writing Society. Chat with fellow writers, discuss your writing projects and problems, have a cuppa, and get writing! 

This is a space for writers to bring along an idea, work in-progress, or something that you want to start writing. Every week we will start with time for a chat, writing to a prompt, and finally, an opportunity to discuss your ideas with a partner or in small groups. 

If you are a writer who is looking for a generative space to work and chat with other people serious about writing, this is the group for you!

Facilitator Bio:

Suzanne Hermanoczki and Lou Smith are facilitators of Writing Days. They run workshops, readings, events and provide writerly advice. Based in Coburg and Coburg North, they are both writing doctors, published writers, teachers, and enthusiasts of creative writing and their community. Suzanne & Lou both like writing, reading, photography, walking, chatting, and a good cuppa (bikkies and cakes are always an option)!
