Accomodation

Untitled-2

I’m a 60 year old professional working close to full time and I’m seeking a quiet unfurnished 1 bedroom flat or self contained bungalow in the North Coburg/West Preston/South Reservoir area.

I would ideally like a long-term lease.

If you are looking to rent privately, please contact me on 0400 903 267.

Kurt.

Accommodation

Untitled-2

SHORT TERM Accommodation.

Our family is traveling overseas from June 14 to August 18. We are currently looking for the right people/person who need accommodation during this period.

Our house has 2 bed rooms (one kids room with bunk bed, the other with a king size bed and cot if needed). There is also a lounge room, kitchen with dining room and bath room. The house is fully furnished. The property has a large garden/back yard.

We have a tenant living in their own self-contained bungalow. The laundry is shared but independent from the house. Our quite street is in the Thornbury/ Preston area near Dundas street. The rent would be $1400 a month. That includes bills and internet. We feel it be an ideal stop gap for a family renovating.

If you are interested please message Josh on 0401 161 587 and we could arrange a time for you to come and take a look.

Accommodation

Untitled-2

Hi all,

Friends of mine from Bendigo went to Cambodia to do some volunteer work, and while there they stayed with a family whose son, Piseth, has now received a scholarship to do a Masters in Law at Melbourne Uni next year. Piseth graduated with a Bachelor of Law in 2003 from the Royal Institute of Law and Economics (Cambodia) and with a B.Ed in 2004 from the Institute of Foreign Languages (St Petersburg). He has been working in Phnom Penh with the United Nations Commissioner for Human Rights and has a strong interest in that area of law and justice.

Piseth is looking for (paid) accommodation options in Melbourne for next year. Does anyone know someone who could rent out a room/granny flat/other to him? I'm hoping to get a few potential contacts to send back to my friends this month. Piseth can then reach out to them to organise his coming year in Melbourne.

Feel free to pass on this request to anyone you think may be able to help. Please send responses to helendp@fastmail.fm

Many thanks,
Helen du Parquet.

Accommodation Needed

Untitled-2
A friend of mine is looking for a place to live for 2-6 months. She is a single woman who is looking to share a place, or look after someone's place while they are away. My friend has two cats, but they are very old so they are very well house-trained.

If you can help, contact me (Sue) on 0413 377 978 or my friend Afrodity on 0434 725 133.
