You are welcome to the

2016 Murnong Gathering

Saturday 12th  11am-3pm near DeChene Reserve  Coburg

The signs are good for the 8th Annual Murnong Gathering :)

We are delighted that Wurundjeri elder Aunty Dianne Kerr has agreed to welcome us to country and that Wurundjeri elder  Mandy Nicholson and the Djirri Djirri to perform... as well as Adriene Kneebone conducting workshops on weaving and toy making for children.....

As well as of course experiencing our culture by digging and tasting our Indigenous foods Yam Daisy (Murnong), Bulbine and Chocolate Lily.

And there is more.... come and see the revegetated  patch and the new signage - showing importance linkages to the past.

Did I mention there will be a bush food bbq to enjoy?

Do bring a raincoat .. & sunblock ...:) :)
