1 x bedroom with queen bed, your own bathroom/lounge space & back deck. Share the kitchen only with tenant living in backyard bungalow (easy going creative/gardener). Evaporative cooling/central heating/driveway parking. No pets. Prefer 1 X female, $250 per week or would consider couple $350 per week. Plus bills (gas hot water/heating/cooling/electric/water).
Available for 6 weeks over Summer, dates: 26/12/25-6/2/26 (min. 4 weeks commitment required).
