Hi everyone. 

My housemate is moving to other pastures so I'm searching for a new one. 

2 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, sun room, bathroom with bath, laundry, spacious backyard with garage. 

The house is old, a bit unkempt but comfortable. This is a rental property situated in a quiet and lovely pocket of Preston right near the no 11 Tram, close to the intersection of Murray and Gilbert Roads.

I'm a male gentleman in his mid-40's, been working in film/TV but currently at Auspost and also studying to be a librarian. I have a teenage son who generally stays o/n once a week.   

Generally I like to get out and about as much as stay in and potter around the house and garden. I do the typical stuff, friends, movies, galleries, food etc. I'm passionate about photography and art. I like to create a home space that is comfortable, secure, welcoming and open.

I'd prefer to live with someone over 35, non-smoker and pets are ok. It should go without saying you are responsible about sharing a space and looking after it. I eat most everything so that's up to you if that works. Plenty of opportunity to set your footprint on the house. 

Rent is $912 p/m plus bond.

I've also been contemplating turning the large lounge room into the 2nd bedroom and the smaller bedroom into the lounge room. Depending on your needs maybe we can talk about that more.
