Hello, Newlands Community,
Myself Cat( herine) and 10 month old Silvan are looking to share our lovely house by the creek with one or more peeps.
The house is bright and sunny, full of windows, sun rise in the kitchen. 2 bedrooms with either a 3rd bedroom or private study (could suit someone working from home) or 2nd living area. The 3rd room has east and north facing windows. modern bathroom. floorboards throughout. undercover outdoor area and large workshop and/ or storage space under house. Ducted heating.
Big front and back garden with established veg. beds & compost. 2 min walk to creek. Total rent is $2390 per month.
We are into cooking, gardening, bike riding, walking and creating community. I have circus teaching and yoga background and have been working a permaculture farm in France for the past 8 years.
