My name is Rachael (also of SELF- your local meditation sessions:-)). I am a Victorian representative of the Australian Association of Bush Adventure Therapy (AABAT). AABAT is a member run professional body for people working with the outdoors and adventure with the intention of a therapeutic outcome.
