Nest 20/20: Transgression
10 amazing local speakers will gather at Nest Coworking in Thornbury on Wednesday 3rd December, using the renowned Pecha Kucha format to enlighten and inspire on the provocative theme of Transgression.
When is transgression more than just breaking the rules? Is it moving beyond them, into a creative territory? Even a sacred one? Is transgression personal, or necessarily social? Can today's transgressions create tomorrow's ethics?
We'll hear from scapegoats and whistleblowers, from champions and eroticists, from shamans and tricksters, from lawmakers and lawbreakers. We'll explore transgressions as protest, as acts of love, and as art.
Do our transgressions define us? Liberate us? Can they heal us? Can they destroy us? Transgression is more than disruption. Be a part of it at Nest 20/20.
