Bungalow with a little shed available from the 8 August 2016.
We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children renting a house in Preston with a bungalow and a huge yard/garden.
We are looking for someone, who would like to live independently, is respectful also with kids!!!, not conservative, open minded and help maintain the garden (you can grow your own veggie’s if you like). Non smokers preferred.
The bungalow is approximately 4.5m x 3m (not self- contained). A little shed is next to the bungalow to use at your own disposal. Entry to your own kitchen and bathroom is via the back door of the house with a communal laundry.
Rent is $155 per week plus 1/3 of the bills and bond is $670 (and if you wish, we can go halves in internet $30 a month).
