Bread is Back!

Hi everyone!
It's Sip here your local bread baker.
I am baking again after the holiday break.
I bake white and wholemeal wheat bread.
I am not yet sure if I should continue with the olive loafs. There has not been a consistent interest in them.
Baguette requests are always welcome.
Please tell me what your secret bread fantasies are and maybe, just maybe I can make it happen.
Is there a need for sweet bread? Or... oh dear, gluten-free??!

I made a few 100% rye loafs; they taste nice, but better to be used as building material, I say.
I have never made gluten free bread and my fear is that they won't be of the light weight sort either.

Anyway,

White loafs and wholemeal loafs are all organic, slow cured sourdough. 
$5 each.
Make your bread order in the form of SMS, text message to 0438175764
before friday noon.
You can pick up your freshly baked loafs from the trusty bread cabinet
at the start of our drive at 56 Livingstone Street, Coburg North.
Every saturday morning after 9 am. You can leave the money in the pot inside.
If you trust me with you mobile number, I will send a little reminder in the morning,
when I put your bread in the cabinet.
And with a little bit of luck we will meet each other for a bit of neighbourhood gossip.

    Been thinking it must be getting close to Sip-bread time.
    I shall be away this easter, but hot cross buns (read fruit buns, cross optionsal) for a easter special?
    Looking forward to ordering some bread soon.
