Holistic Pastoral Regenerative Lamb
Growing our lamb is a labour of love. Unlike many traditional farmers we are regenerative farmers. This means that the way we farm regenerates and builds the soils, increases biodiversity and sequesters carbon.
Our lamb is unique because to do this we move our animals to fresh pasture every day. Every day, we are out in the paddocks with our sheep; during the winter darkness with its stormy evenings, and crisp frozen mornings, throughout the long hot summers days, the beautiful bright days of spring and the warm afternoons of autumn, every day we are out in the paddocks caring for our sheep, and in turn, we care for the land that we farm.
Our regenerative farming systems brings you pasture raised lamb with a taste and texture that is the best we have ever tasted. Our lamb is grown chemical free, ethically, and is direct marketed to you, which means our animals never see a feedlot or saleyard.
