Prom Coast Food Collective

Welcome to the Collective, Holy Smokes Queen!
The Holy Smokes Queen herself aka, April, has always been passionate about good food, smokey meats and BBQ's, but was challenged when her kids came along who had allergies to additives in foods. She knew she needed to find a better alternative to their beloved rubs, hers & spices and started to make her own... with the kids help of course! What started as a small business in the backyard of Loch, Victoria has grown into a family owned business bringing tasteful smokey flavours to every dish to every Australian family. The best part is it can be enjoyed by EVERYONE as it contains no harmful additives!

Hi All,
We are hosting our last planting activity for 2022 at the Norfolk Court "Caravan Park" site this coming Sunday 18th September. The usual time applies 1.00 - 3.00pm though if you want to come along earlier please reach out to confirm when we will have people on site.
I will be absent this weekend though I wish that I could be around to mark another successful season of planting - for those attending please bring something to eat and drink afterward as it is Christmas in September after all! FoEC will not be providing any catering (perhaps next year?) though if you wanted to toast the day please do.
Given my absence, any helpers that can come along to help Ben and Scott with the set-up and pack-up would be greatly appreciated.
Please practice COVID-safe planting and socialising and remember the usual essentials including sunsmart items, food and water, gloves, and sensible clothing and footwear.
I'll hopefully see you on the creek in October for the scheduled maintenance activity - details for this will come closer to the date; though if you had a spare minute or two and felt like attacking some weeds please find a site and adopt it!
Regards,
David.
