Bring your friends and family to our Falcons Community Day at A.H Capp Reserve!  Whether you’re new to the club or a life-long Falc, this is a great way to kick off the year. Looking for Long-Term Rental Property

I've had a very happy & long-term (almost 24yrs!) tenancy in my current place in Preston. Regrettably, due to recent and sad unforeseen events within the owner’s family, they are needing to regain the use of my place.

 

I’d really like to remain within the same area if possible. So I'm on the search for something like a two bedroom house or unit in the Preston/Thornbury/Coburg areas. Preferably close to tram and/or train, and with off-street parking. Need room for a piano (and/or maybe a small study), also wanting some small private garden area. 

I have a deadline of mid-April, but I would like to find somewhere sooner rather than later, so as not to prolong the uncertainty on my part, as well as for the owners who have been exceptionally good to me over my tenancy.
