A Switch in time, Melbourne event

Are you:

Interested in defending democratic principles?
Keen to confront the sexism and misogyny in our political discourse?
Anxious to keep the focus on climate change and other important policy issues?

Ready to reject social media vitriol and abuse as some kind of 'new normal'?
Hungry for some ideas as to what we can all do?

In early September 2012 the Victorian Women’s Trust published A Switch in Time addressing these important issues. Join us for an evening of powerful and thoughtful presentations to create even further momentum, discussion, and enthusiasm for change.

  • Mary Crooks AO, Executive Director, Victorian Women's Trust
  • Professor David Karoly, Climate Scientist, University of Melbourne
WHEN: 6.15pm - 8.00pm, 30th November 2012
WHERE: Melbourne City Conference Centre, 333 Swanston Street, Melbourne (near corner of Little Lonsdale Street, directly opposite the State Library of Victoria)
