We are a small family (Sian,Paul, Eva & Juanita) who are looking to buy in the Newlands area. We just really like the feel of the area, the sense of community and think the little brick clinker semi-detached houses have such character!. Unfortunately we have been unlucky so far, having missed out on a couple of auctions, and I just though maybe if I mentioned it on here; if anyone is even thinking of selling or knows of someone who is perhaps they could contact us?Thank you!
