Cheap holiday house rental at Cape Paterson

The house is a cheap & cheerful holiday home (think fibro shack), with the following:

• covered deck & BBQ 
• Split system with AC & heating  
• No TV.
• Fully equipped kitchen with microwave. 
• Off street parking with Car port
• close to AWESOME Surf and Bay beaches, rock pools, local pub and pizza joint.
• NO linen or pillows
• Open to pets staying too! ( yard not secure)

There are 3 bedrooms - master with double bed, one room with bunk beds and one room with 3/4 size bed (or king single). Sleeps 5/6 but can take more if folks BYO bedding or want to pitch tent in back yard.

$130 per night with (preferred) 2 night min stay. Longer stays can negotiate cheaper rates.
