Handy Person?

Hello.

Can anyone recommend a handy person who could do some odd jobs for my 70 year old mum? She's after someone who could finish things off neatly for the inside jobs - like putting draft stoppers at the base of doors and who could do outside jobs like putting in posts for a vine to climb. 

She lives in Northcote.
