BYO CRAFT - MRS HEMINGWAY GIG NEXT SUNDAY ARVO...

Untitled-2

NEXT SUNDAY, 14 APRIL 2-4PM
BYO CRAFT CONCERT
with MRS HEMINGWAY
with TEA AND CAKES!
GOLD COIN DONATION
BUNDOORA HALL, Noorang Rd, Bundoora

‘Mrs Hemingway' is Helen Begley, Carolyn Connors and Rose Turtle Ertler.
These three seamstresses of song bring their guitars, banjos, ukuleles, an
accordion, embroidery, a box bass drum, knitting, tenor horn, shakers and
their gorgeous vocals to stitch together a magical afternoon of entertainment.

BUT WAIT... IT'S NOT JUST A NORMAL, EVERYDAY SORT OF GIG..

To a Mrs Hemingway concert, you are invited to
BYO YOUR CRAFT PROJECT!
Yes, bring your knitting, sewing, crochet etc and
as you craft, they'll stitch and sing.

Finally, a chance to darn those holey socks, knit that Dr Who scarf
you've always wanted or macrame an owl or potplant hanger!

There may even be a show-&-tell at interval in between
tea sipping and cake nibbling.

NOTE FOR THE GENTLEMEN!
Please do not be put off by such a ladylike event.
In the past, we have had male attendees bringing such craft as
cryptic crosswords and 'paperwork'. Please be welcome!

No bookings required for this event.
