My little bakery has been serving bread for one year, and to celebrate that I would like to introduce you to this almond and coconut cake! It's a luscious slice-like cake that would serve the whole family the entire weekend...(maybe)... It's gluten free and contains eggs, butter, sugar, coconut and almonds. Look; I put a coconut and some almonds in the picture in case you didn't know what they were. Oh, and; on top, a chocolate hazelnut ganache; that makes it over-the-top lush, but hey; we have something to celebrate! I sell them for $10. Ready when you need it on Saturday morning after 9, from the trusty bread cabinet at 56 Livingstone Street. ;) Sip
