Room to Rent

Hi,

My son and I are looking to share with our house with another person in the not too distant future. Our house is situated in Coburg near the corner of Moreland Rd and Sydney Rd, very convenient to public transport. I work 4 days a week in the Disability sector but have a past history in physical theatre. My son is 9 and is generally chilled out and will be living with his other mum some of the time. We have a medium sized back yard in which we grow vegetables. There is a large room available and a study too, although I have a friend who may rent the study for a couple of days a week while she studies in town. I would love to live with someone of either gender, who is community minded, would like to share a meal when convenient, likes to garden and keep a fairly neat and functional household without being too uptight about it. We are non-smoking, meat eaters and generally try to eat as healthily as we can manage in our busy lives. We tend to be at home in the evening a lot, as happens when there is a child around! The house is very comfortable and homey. The rent is $800pcm but this may change if the study is rented out separately. Share bills and broadband if applicable. Am happy to talk about how to best do food or basic groceries.
