Who we are
JustMums Recruitment was founded by experienced Recruitment Consultant and proud mother of two Rachel Perkins, who whilst on maternity leave identified a distinct lack of specialised services and support for mothers balancing a career with raising children.
From this, JustMums was launched in Melbourne with the vision to connect working mothers and mothers returning to work with full and part-time jobs with a focus on flexible, job-share and family-friendly employment opportunities.
We are a niche agency staffed by mums; dedicated to mums. Although we specialise in working with mothers we extend our support to working fathers and all candidates that require support in achieving their career goals.
What we do
JustMums Recruitment specialise in providing job search support and placement across a broad spectrum of employment industries including but not limited to Accounting, Banking & Finance, Administration & Customer Service, IT, Legal, Sales & Marketing, Education & Training and Health & Community. We offer both contract and permanent positions and service metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria.
We partner with public and private organisations that promote flexible work practices and team with businesses that truly value the significant contribution working parents make to the workplace. JustMums work alongside Human Resources teams and hiring managers to deliver a comprehensive package of recruitment support including the attraction, screening, interviewing and short-listing of candidates for their vacant positions.
Our belief
JustMums operate on the belief that mums (and dads) CAN have it all; success at work as well as at home. Our aim is to connect our incredible talent pool with like-minded employers to promote the achievement of a happy work-life balance.
