Here is a Max Blinstein upright piano in very striking black lacquer which has aged and mellowed and crazed over the years. There are some dings and marks to the corners as befits such a grand old piece of furniture however it is in good mechanical order with all keys working.
As is the case with many antique pianos - this one has been tuned to a semitone below concert pitch. It is in tune with itself but will most likely be due for professional tuning after moving.
It is large ( being a converted pianola ) and mellow sounding.
This piano has been passed among friends thru musical households in Melbourne for many years and now resides in Sunshine North, but it needs to continue it's journey as we are working on the house.
