Sunday afternoon around 1.15pm another house was robbed, this time in Ballard Ave. The thieves smashed open the lock on the front door (which is visible from the street) and took jewellery and electronic goods. They'd obviously been watching to see when the family left as they only have one car and often the car will be gone but people will still be home. I guess all we can do is keep a lookout for people hanging around or cruising, and ask our neighbours to do the same.
