The Welcome Group is a bunch of kind individuals who provide grass-roots community support to refugees living in our community. More particularly they work with the "bridging the gap" arm which provides material support in the setting up of houses and work out of the Macedon Ranges and do regular transporting of goods to the northern suburbs of Melbourne. If you live in the area and have things to donate please make contact.
If you are in Melbourne, check the website thewelcomegroup.org, or their FaceBook page and post what you might have to offer. If you live out of town and would like to make a monetary donation (for new towels, sheets, a mattress...the list is endless and everything is needed) please do not hesitate to contact the group and make your offering.
