Meditation and Mindfulness – An 8 Week Journey

Rachael Millsom, accredited meditation teacher, invites you on a journey towards building a personal Mindfulness and Meditation practice.

When:  7.30pm- 8.30pm on Tuesday evenings in Term 4 starting on October the 14th 

Where: Autumn Retreat - 129 Miller Street Thornbury. 

Cost:$160 ($140 early bird until 30th of September) - includes 2 small booklets: ‘getting started in meditation’ and ‘putting it all together—a course summary’

* learn and practice different mindfulness and meditation techniques.
* learn mindfulness tools to use for self enquiry, physical and emotional wellbeing. 
 *discuss the building of a personal practice including: using movement; incorporating personal beliefs; meditation and mindfulness styles; as well as incorporating flexibility.
